Submit a Data Protection Complaint

To submit a Data Protection Complaint to Keppel Leopard Creative, please go through the following steps:

1. Complete the form below with your contact details and information about your Complaint.

2. After submission, I will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours. If you have not heard from me within this time frame please check your junk files or email: hello@keppelleopardcreative.com.

3. Once your complaint has been acknowledge, I will investigate your complaint. This can take up to 30 business working days. 

4. When the investigation has been completed, I will send you a detailed email providing you with information of the investigation, what was found, and the solution I have put in place. I will ask for acknowledgement that you are happy with the solution. 

5. If you're unhappy with the outcome provided, you may complain to the ICO directly: Make a complaint | ICO
