How does the Brand Identity Framework work?
The Brand Identity Framework is how I build brands that are structured enough to keep you consistent, but allow you and your business to work and grow.

Traditional brand frameworks "lock" your brand as soon as it's been created. You have to adhere to strict guidelines to stay "on-brand" and can feel restrictive to an evolving businesses.

With the B.I.F it builds your brand to flexible. To move with you and to respond to business needs and requirements.

This framework has been used with every KLC client which has led them to:

-
Work with high-street brands like B&Q
-
A consistent, sustainable income
-
Foundations to grow their business (higher prices, hiring)
-
Increased confidence and less overwhelm when making business decisions
The 4 parts of the Brand Identity Framework
The BIF has four parts. Each is essential to building a consistent and comprehensive brand, but can evolve giving your brand flexibility.
1. Soul
The heart of your business: what you stand for, who you're here to serve, and what you want to achieve.
2. Position
Who your clients are, and where your unique space in your industry is.
3. Character
Your voice, your style and how you show up online and in person.
4. Design
The visuals that bring your brand all together.

Why the Framework Works
The BIF works because it supports your business as it grows.
The framework holds the structure you need to increase your visibility and reputation, but gives you the opportunity to evolve and grow without a huge rebrand session every 2-3 years.
It's designed to last.

I built the BIF because being neurodivergent (ADHD) traditional brand frameworks never worked for me. They feel restrictive and forced a full rebrand every time I wanted to change something. With the BIF I could make small adjustments that still had an impact, without going through a full brand overhaul.

What the B.I.F Means for You
When you work with me using the Brand Identity Framework, you'll get:

Control over what you reveal
YOU decide what to share and what to keep private. Your brand reflects you - but only the parts you choose.

Clarity on who you're for
YOU decide who you connect with. No chasing trends or being a people pleaser.

Direction is yours
YOU decide the right path for your business, not a guru on socials or a template that doesn't fit.

Using the Brand Identity Framework to build your brand means that you have full autonomy over your business: who your work with, what pace your grow your business, how often you post on socials.
