THE DEN PRIVATE MEMBERS CLUB FOR  FEMALE FOUNDERS

First rule of The Den: No "Promo Wednesdays. Ever."

For Ambitious Female Founders who want Connection, not Competition.

Running a Business takes a Village - Become Part of Ours

You've found this page for a reason (okay, one of the members sent you the link…) but she did it because she knew that you were looking for a space where shouting louder about how much money you make whilst sitting by a pool isn't impressive.

The Den is for quietly ambitious female founders. The ones who like connecting deeply with others, who want to build a business that outlasts them, and are all about collaboration not competition.

This is not another course, or programme. This is about connection.

Finding your people. The ones who get it, who root for you, and who show up — without an agenda.

"God, this SUCKS!"

Is a phrase uttered or imagined by many a female founder. Because running a business is HARD. So imagine others replying with:

"Totally get it"

"Yep, felt this today"

"Now what are we gonna do about it"

That's what you can expect inside The Den. We find a way to make your ideas (however wild and wonderful you think they are) a reality. Whether we can help you ourselves, or know someone in our network that you NEED to talk to.

Billy No Mates

Like many female founders, when I started my business I didn't have a network. No one to bounce ideas off of, no one to kick me up the bum when I needed it, no one that truly understood what Entrepreneurship was really like.

Over the last 7 years I've curated my network - supportive, honest, and who will give me a kick up the bum when I need it.

Now I want to bring that to you.

Members nominate new members — because if they like you, chances are the rest of us will too. And our membership is capped at 100 members — keeping the space intimate, so no one has to shout to be heard.

Kick your Shoes off, Make Yourself at Home & Wander around The Den

Here's what life inside The Den looks like.

A Private Online Space

Not a Facebook or WhatsApp group (dear GOD no!) but a private online space where you can come in, unmask and connect with other members.

Monthly Online Networking Sessions

The main way to build connections. These sessions will drop you into rooms where you can connect with other members virtually…from the waist up.

Smaller Introduction Groups and Curated Connections

"Oo I just have to introduce you to *insert awesome member's name here*!" Because it's not what you know, it's who you know.

An Annual In-Person Evening

A relaxed in-person evening where all members can attend (with food, because who doesn't love food?!) held once a year in April*

*additional charges may apply.

I've been in Groups where I've Felt Small

Where my ideas and ambitions haven't been accepted. Where people saw me as a threat (why that is I don't know, I'm a delight).

Entrepreneurship is hard enough without others pushing you down.

That's why I'm creating this space.

Because my philosophy has always been "okay, let's see how we can do this."

Everything is possible, you just need the right people around you to believe it's possible too.

When you leap, you become part of our Leap

(A leap is a group of leopards… see what I did there?)

For each of our members, we send a special surprise in the post to let you know that we see you, we value you, and we want you to succeed.

Questions? Obviously

  • Absolutely not.

The Den has a strict no-pitch policy. No Promo Wednesdays. No dropping your latest 5-day challenge into the chat. No pretending to ask for “advice” when really you just want people to buy your thing.

You’ll build relationships first. If business comes from that, lovely. But it happens privately, naturally and because people actually know, like and trust you.

  • Same. This is literally why The Den exists.

This is a nomination-only space because the people in the room matter. We’re not collecting members for the sake of it. We’re building a Leap of women who are supportive, honest, ambitious and able to have a proper conversation without turning everything into a sales opportunity.

You can be honest here. You can have a bad day here. But you also need to be willing to ask: okay, what are we going to do about it?

  • God no.

The Den is there when you need it - whether that is joining a monthly networking session, asking for an introduction, celebrating something brilliant or popping in to say, "This is not going well. Please send help."

There is no prize for being the most active person in the room.

  • Perfect. Neither are we.

The Den is for quietly ambitious female founders. You do not need a huge following, a flashy lifestyle or a rehearsed elevator pitch. You just need ambition, generosity and a genuine interest in connecting with other people.

  • Nope.

There are no modules to complete. No weekly homework. No "post this on Instagram by Friday or you'll fail at business" energy.

The Den is a membership built around connection: meeting good people, being introduced to the right people and having a network who understand what it actually means to run a business.

  • Maybe. But that's not the point.

The Den is not a lead-generation group dressed up as a community. We put relationships first. The best referrals, collaborations and opportunities tend to happen when people have got to know each other properly - not because someone has shouted the loudest in a Facebook group.

  • Because the quality of the room matters.

Members nominate people they genuinely think would make The Den better - and who would benefit from being part of it. If someone recommends you, it means they would want you in their corner. And that's a pretty good place to start.

  • Yes - provided you would happily introduce them to every other member of The Den.

This is not a "my mate needs some clients" situation. Nominate women who are brilliant at what they do, ambitious about where they're going and will bring the same support, honesty and generosity they hope to receive.

  • The Den is £50 per month, or £500 for 12 months if you really love a bargain and want two months free.

You can leave at any time. No awkward break-up conversation required.

  • The monthly or annual membership covers your place in The Den, the private online space, monthly networking sessions and curated introductions.

The annual in-person evening may have an additional cost, mainly because food, venues and making things nice unfortunately do not run on good vibes alone.

  • I'll read it, then contact you directly to talk about whether The Den feels like the right fit.

The Den is intentionally small, capped at 100 members, so this is not an automated "welcome aboard, here's your login" situation. I want to make sure you know what you're joining - and that you'll feel at home once you're there.

  • The Den is currently gathering its first Leap. Once the founding group is in place, the private space will open and get started properly.

Submitting a Form of Interest lets me know you're in - and helps make the whole thing happen.

  • Then you can leave.

I would obviously be sad, but I also know that not every space is right for every chapter. No hard feelings, no complicated cancellation process, no being held hostage by a subscription you forgot you had.

When you're Ready, We're Ready

Membership is £50 a month or if you REALLY love our space £500 for 12 months (2 months free).

You can leave at any time if you feel it's not for you — for some we're just part of their chapter, not their entire story.

Once you click below you'll fill in a Form of Interest and I will contact you directly to discuss your membership.
